2 c. corn (fresh, frozen, cooked or canned) - I like creamed style Mix corn with: 2 eggs 1 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 2 c. scalded milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Put in buttered casserole. Set in pan of hot water and bake until firm - 325 degrees about 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
