VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
 

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter (softened)

Cook vegetables. Place in ungreased casserole dish. Beat milk and soup until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle cheese on top of vegetables. Top with Bisquick mixture. Bake 20 minutes uncovered at 400 degrees.
