2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed & drained 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 cans mushrooms, drained 1/2 tsp. onion salt Dash of pepper 1 tbsp. white wine 1 tbsp. dry sherry 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tsp. snipped chives Layer broccoli in 2 quart casserole. Combine butter, mushrooms, salt, pepper, wine, sherry, sour cream and chives. Pour over broccoli. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until broccoli is tender. |
