1 stick butter, melted 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tube Ritz crackers (approx. 36, crushed) 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower Melt 1 stick of butter in a large pan. Add soup and heat. Cut cheese into cubes and add to soup mixture, heat until cheese melts. Add 1/2 of the crushed crackers to cheese mixture. Add broccoli and cauliflower to cheese mixture. Put in microwave pan, sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs onto top. Bake in microwave oven for 20 minutes on high. Oven - put in ovenproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
