EASY COLE SLAW
 

1/2 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Boil for 1 minute. Cool down. Chop one cabbage, 1 teaspoon salt; drain for one hour.

1/2 green pepper
1 small onion
2 carrots

Pour dressing over cabbage. This will keep in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
