2 c. grated potatoes 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder Butter Peel and grate potatoes (approximately 4 large). Add eggs, salt and flour. Blend. Stir in baking powder. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto hot greased skillet. Cook over low heat until lightly browned on underside. Turn and cook until second side is browned. Serve hot with butter. Serves 4. |
