POLYNESIAN FRIED RICE
 

2 c. cold cooked Minute Rice
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. white onion, chopped
1 c. boiled chicken, white or dark or same amount boiled shrimp, chopped roast beef, pork or cubed ham
3 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
3 eggs
Your favorite brand of cooking oil to cover bottom of lg. skillet or electric fry pan

Saute onions, peppers and meat. Turn heat down. Scramble in eggs. Add rice. Blend in sauce. Stir-fry until rice is hot. Remove from heat. Place lid on pan. Place on table and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
