BELGIAN WAFFLES
 

4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Beat egg yolks until very light. Add vanilla and butter. Beat in well. Combine dry ingredients, add with milk to egg mixture. Beat well. Beat egg whites in separate bowl, until stiff and fold into rest of batter.

Bake on a Hot Belgian Waffle iron. Serve with strawberries and whip cream (or other fruit).
