HAM AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET
 

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. cubed, cooked ham, sausage or bacon
1 c. shredded cheese

Beat eggs, milk and salt; stir in meat and cheese. Pour in greased 8x8x2 baking dish. Cook, uncovered, in 325 degree oven until omelet is set and top is golden brown, 40-45 minutes. Can be mixed together up to 24 hours in advance and stored in refrigerator. Serves 6.
