2 eggs, separated 2 1/2 c. oat flour or 2 c. sifted flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. baking powder Beat egg yolks. Sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to egg yolks. Stir in butter. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Add baking powder last. This batter will keep in refrigerator. If it gets too thick, thin with milk. Drop onto well greased skillet or griddle, heated well. |
