HAM AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET
 

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) thin slice ham
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Tear ham in small pieces into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. Yields 4-6 servings.

May be mixed ahead of time, also may substitute corned beef or dried beef, mozzarella cheese or Swiss cheese. Also finely minced fresh onion may be used (3 tablespoons). I also like to add green peppers.
