3 egg yolks 1 whole egg 1 1/2 c. (1 can) beer 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Pinch of sugar 1/4 c. oil Beat egg yolks and egg with beer until it fills a good sized bowl. Add flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and oil. This will make a thin batter. Bake on hot waffle iron until steam stops. |
