BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
 

4-6 slices bread
1 lb. meat (bacon, sausage, ham)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Vegetables of your choice, if desired

Tear bread and place pieces in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Brown and drain bacon or sausage. Spoon meat over bread. Sprinkle with cheese and vegetables. Beat together the remaining ingredients. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.

You can prepare this the night before, cover and refrigerate.
