BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
 

6 to 8 slices French bread
2 lbs. ham, sausage or turkey sausage, cooked
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
6 eggs (or egg beaters)
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Spray 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with Pam. Line pan with bread. Sprinkle with meat and cheese. In separate bowl mix all the other ingredients. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. In morning, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, covered with foil and then 30 minutes longer without foil.
