2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk, save white
1 tsp. flavoring (I use almond)
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk until creamy. Add flavoring.
Layer one package crescent rolls in bottom of 9x12 inch cake pan. Add filling. Add next package crescents. Spread lightly beaten egg white over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. Eat and enjoy!!
