BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
 

1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cheddar cheese soup or Velveeta
1 1/2 lb. sausage
2 c. frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage and drain. In casserole dish, mix eggs and milk. Gradually beat in cheese. (We use the soup and Velveeta.) Add sausage and hash browns, and mix well. Cook on high in microwave for 15-20 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees until done. Cover while baking and uncover if it is not setting up. Recipe can be doubled, and also made ahead of time, bake or microwave and freeze. Good for any meal time!
