1 lb. sausage (cooked, drained & crumbled) 8 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices white bread, buttered & cubed 2 c. milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together except bread; pour over bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan or glass casserole. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until browned and set in center. Can also be made ahead and frozen. Serves 12 to 15. |
