HILLBILLY BREAKFAST PANCAKES
 

2 c. flour
1 egg
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Fry 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.

HILLBILLY BREAKFAST SYRUP:

3 c. white sugar
2 c. water

Put 3 cups of white sugar in saucepan. Heat until it bubbles at the side of the pan. Then let boil for 20 seconds. If you like dark syrup; stir in 2 cups water and let it come to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour on Hillbilly Breakfast Pancakes.
