BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. bulk sausage or sausage, sliced
6 slices of bread toasted lightly; croutons may be used
1 doz. eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage 5 to 7 minutes; drain. Line bottom of 2 quart casserole with bread. Layer sausage and well beaten eggs. Mix soup with milk and pour over eggs. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven. Top with cheese cook another minute or two.

Great for a group breakfast! Make 8 servings.
