10 lb. of hamburger 6 lg. cans tomato juice 6 cans red beans, drained 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. minced onion Chili powder and salt to taste Brown and drain hamburger 2 pounds at a time. Add to roaster with rest of ingredients. Simmer 3 hours. Check seasonings and add more if needed. Keep warm until served. |
