1 batch = 8 to 10 pint jars 6 med. onions 3-4 c sugar 5-15 peppers (5 mild, 15 hot) 3 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. salt
Skin tomatoes, seed and chop peppers. Chop onions. Mix all ingredients together. Cook for about 4 to 5 hours until thick over medium heat. Turn down when thickening begins. Stir every 10 minutes. Freeze or can.
