MEXICAN NACHO PLATTER
 

2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. chunky salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
3 c. guacamole
1 c. sour cream
Cilantro
Black olives
Lg. bag tortilla chips

Spread beans evenly to the edge of large baking dish. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, then drain. Pour salsa into beef. Stir and heat. Layer over beans, leaving a 1 inch border. Layer cheddar over beef, then spread the guacamole. Next, smooth the sour cream over top. Then garnish with cilantro, black olives. Scoop tortilla chips into mixture and enjoy!
