Slice one pound sirloin or round steak into very thin bite size slices. In skillet brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil. Transfer meat to bowl. Top meat with 1 onion, sliced into rings, 1 green pepper, sliced into rings, 1/4 cup sliced green olives, 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives and 1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained. To skillet drippings add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Heat through and remove from heat. Stir in 3 tablespoons vinegar and pour over meat mixture.
To serve top lettuce with meat mixture and tomatoes and 1 cup cheese of your choice.
