MEXICAN HOT DISH
 

3 lbs. hamburger
1 med. chopped onion
1-2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Brown hamburger with onion and taco seasoning mix. Add soups and simmer on low 20 to 30 minutes.

In a 9"x13" baking pan:

1. Spread meat mixture thinly on bottom to avoid sticking.

2. A layer of crushed nacho cheese Doritos.

3. A layer of meat mixture.

4. Top with shredded Mozzarella and cheddar.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes (uncover last 15 minutes). Freezes well. Just bake slower and longer right from the freezer.
