HAM AND CORN CHOWDER
 

1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. au gratin potato mix
4 c. water
2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1/8 tsp. crushed thyme
1 c. milk

Combine potatoes and seasoning mix from package with water, ham, corn and thyme in large saucepan. Cover, simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk; heat. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
