1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 beaten egg 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can mushroom soup Mix all together and form into balls. Brown well. Mix 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water. Pour over the meatballs in a casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over noodles or rice. |
