ROSAMARINA
 

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. rosamarina or acinadepe
Juice from 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Juice from unsweetened 2 lb. can pineapple tidbits (set fruit aside)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Cook until thick; sugar, flour, eggs, salt and fruit juices. Cool. Cook 1 2/pound rosamarina until soft (follow directions on box). Drain well, rinse and drain again. Mix with cooled sauce and refrigerate overnight. Then add oranges and pineapple and Cool Whip. Garnish with cherries. To make diabetic: Cook flour, eggs, salt and fruit juices until thick and add 4 to 6 packets of equal and stir and cool. Serves 15.
