1 lb. ground beef 3 lg. onions 3 stalks celery, diced 3 beef bouillon cubes 1/4 c. rice 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can stewed tomatoes 3 carrots, sliced 2 qts. water 1/2 c. barley 1 tbsp. salt Brown in skillet the ground beef with the onions. While this is browning, in a large pot add the remaining ingredients. After the meat and onions have browned add to the large pot and cook for 1 1/2 hours. |
