1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. bread crumbs 3 tbsp. chopped onions 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. shortening 1 can mushroom soup 3/4 c. water Combine meat, milk, crumbs, onions, and salt. Shape into 18 balls. Roll in flour, brown on all sides in hot shortening. Place in baking dish. Mix soup and water; pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown on top. Yields 6 servings. |
