2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded 2 c. nonfat milk 1 c. chicken broth 1 can (13 oz.) skimmed evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1 clove garlic 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
