BEEF STEAK WITH MUSHROOM SOUP & GREEN
PEPPERS
 

3 lbs. or so beef steak, your choice
1 can Campbells golden cream of mushroom soup
1 c. skim milk
2 lg. green peppers
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Brown steak on both sides; drain meat. Cut into sections about 2"x2". Mix soup with seasonings and milk. Pour over steak. Cook in iron skillet, 9" or 10". (Slice green peppers into thin strips, put on steak last 15 minutes of cooking time.) Cover steak and cook on low for 1 hour. (Should be very tender!) Serves 5 to 6.
