1 to 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced
1 pepper (or 1 can green beans)
1 pkg. (1 lb. carrots) sliced
1 env. Brown gravy mix, optional

Mix together in crockpot. Cook on low all day. If stew is thin, add gravy mix.
