CROCKPOT BEEF STEW
 

2 lbs. stew beef cut in 1 inch cubes
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 oz.) can of peas, drained, (peas optional)
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced

Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 t 12 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours). Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
