8 c. cubed potato 2 c. celery 2 c. onion 4 c. water 2 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk 4 tsp. butter 1 tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. caraway seed 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine potato, celery, onion, water and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. Mash mixture 1 to 2 times with masher or to desired texture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve! |
