DUMPLING SOUP
 

1 med. onion
1 lb. stew beef
3 sm. potatoes, diced
Bisquick for dumplings
Salt & pepper

BISQUICK RECIPE:

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

Mix together, drop in pot, cook 10 minutes without lid, 10 minutes with lid. In large pot, brown stew meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add onion and about 5 cups of water. Let cook on slow flame. Add diced potatoes (1/2 hour before eating). Add dumpling mix. When dumplings are done, soup is ready.
