1 sm. onion, chopped 4 med. potatoes, diced 1 c. shredded carrots or sliced celery 1 c. water 2 c. milk 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 or 2 tbsp. butter Boil onion, potatoes and carrots in water for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Heat until hot but do not boil. Makes 4 servings. (I usually double the recipe and add a couple of dashes of Natures Seasonings. Very delicious!) |
