VEGETABLE SOUP
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. tomato juice
1 pt. corn
1 pt. green beans
3 med. onions, chopped
1 qt. shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Brown ground beef; pour off drippings. Combine beef with remaining ingredients in large pot or slow cooker. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours or in slow cooker on low for 8 to 10 hours. If desired, one can of mixed vegetables may be added.
