1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. carrots, chopped 1 c. onion, diced 2 c. potatoes, diced 4 c. water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cut up 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese Combine first 5 ingredients and cook for 15 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook 15 minutes longer. Add soup and cheese and cook until heated and cheese is melted. Can be frozen when cool. |
