Place ham bone in large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook over low heat for 2 1/2 hours. Add sauce and tomatoes.
Add: 1/2 lb. green beans 1/2 lb. shelled peas 1/2 lb. frozen corn 2 stalks celery 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
You may substitute 1 pound of frozen mixed vegetables for carrots, beans, peas, corn, and celery. Add water to cover the vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add 1 cup pasta sea shells and pepper to taste. Cook until pasta is done.
