GRILLED SHRIMP
 

1 c. Italian salad dressing, oil type
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
2 lb. lg. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. butter seafood seasoning

Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish; mix well. Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Marinade 2-3 hours in refrigerator stirring occasionally.

Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade. Place shrimp on six (14 inch) skewers. Grill over medium coals 5 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade. Brush with melted butter on both sides and sprinkle with seafood seasonings, grilling 1 minute more. Serves 6.
