BBQ SHRIMP
 

4 doz. lg. shrimp with heads (heads opt.)
4 sticks butter
1 lg. jalapeno, sliced to form slivers
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
Dash Tabasco
Pinch cayenne
1 tsp. chili seasoning
8 bay leaves
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. dry white wine (sauterne)
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper

Saute all ingredients in butter 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook in covered saucepan 15 minutes. Serve with crisp French bread.
