2 to 3 tbsp. minced ginger 1/3 c. soy sauce 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 c. pineapple juice 3 to 4 tbsp. sesame oil 1/4 c. dry sherry 1/4 c. oysters SAUCE: 1 green pepper, cubed 1 lb. shrimp, peeled 1 lb. scallops 1 red onion, cubed Mix together first 7 ingredients. Skewer shrimp, pepper, onion, and scallops. Pour marinade over kabobs and cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Grill 8 minutes or less. Do not overcook. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
