1 c. olive oil Juice of 3 lemons 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. parsley 3 tsp. tarragon 3 tsp. garlic powder Cut down back of each shrimp shell. Devein, but do not remove shell. Wash and drain. Place in covered container. Add marinade. Marinate for 2-4 hours in refrigerator. Tossing now and then to mix well. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Grill about 5 minutes. |
