GRILLED SEAFOOD BAKE
 

For each serving:

Corn husks or lettuce leaves
4 sm. new potatoes, cleaned
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 ear corn, husked and cut into fourths
1 tbsp. butter
6 shell clams
6 fresh shrimp - in shells
Salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. water

Place several corn husks in center of heavy duty aluminum foil. Top with potatoes, onion, butter, clams and shrimp. Sprinkle with seasonings according to your taste. Cover with additional corn husks. Wrap foil securely, leaving small opening at top. Pour in water and wine through opening, seal tightly. Grill until vegetables are tender and clams open, about 35 minutes. 1 serving.

Also good with carrots, mushrooms, salmon steaks and scallops or any of your favorite vegetables or seafood.
