1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. butter 1 can tuna fish, drained and flaked 1 c. shredded zucchini 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped parley Dash of pepper Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Make burgers. Dip in flavored bread crumbs and fry in 2 tablespoons butter or oil 3 to 4 minutes each side. |
