1 lb. crabmeat 1 1/2 to 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 boiled egg, chopped 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 c. lemon juice 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 med. onion 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 egg Saute onion and celery in butter and set aside. Soak Rice Krispies in milk, and set aside. Mix other ingredients together and add to Rice Krispies. Form cakes or stuff shells. Bake at 350 degrees until crisp and brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. |
