GRILLED TUNA
 

Heat grill until coals are white. Grill tuna 2 minutes on each side. Place peppers in bowl with vinaigrette and mix. Place them on plate. Put tuna on top. Serve.

GUAVA VINAIGRETTE:

6 oz. guava nectar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cloves
4 oz. white vinegar
6 oz. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. chopped ginger

Mix all ingredients except oil, slowly whisk in oil.
