1 (12 1/2 to 13 oz.) can tuna in water 3/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs (20) 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lg. egg 1/3 c. tartar sauce Drain tuna. In a large bowl, with fork, mix tuna, crackers, pepper, eggs, and tartar sauce. With hands, shape tuna mixture into 4 (3 inch) round patties. Broil like regular hamburgers. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and tomato. |
