4 c. cooked shell macaroni 3 c. chopped shrimp (pre-boiled in seasonings) 1 onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (may use half mayonnaise & half salad dressing) Combine all ingredients, cover and chill overnight. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. |
