1/2 lb. cooked lobster or crab, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, shelled, deveined and cut into pieces 1 deep dish frozen pie shell 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 4 green onions, sliced 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 c. sour cream 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. tarragon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange lobster and shrimp in the bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle mushrooms and onions over seafood. Top with half of the cheese. In a small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, garlic and tarragon; mix well. Pour mixture over seafood. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serves 6. |
